What Is CrossFit?

CrossFit is a strength and conditioning program and the tool we use to get results with all of our members.

Our programs deliver a fitness that is, by design, broad, general, and inclusive. Our specialty is not specializing.

The CrossFit program is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience. Which means anybody can do it.

The needs of athletes and our grandparents differ by degree not kind. This is why we individualise programs as much as possible for athletes looking to get to the next level in CrossFit.

There is a massive difference in the sport of CrossFit and the Gpp program we run for members looking to just stay in shape and reach personal goals and not high performance goals.

Here at CrossFit Powerful our amazing community of members are here to support you and each other every step of the way. We all have individual goals but one common factor we all share is that we want to be better today than we were yesterday.
